Amnesia celebrates Humble Bundle success with teaser
If you are a fan of indie games you probably knew that the Humble Bundle just closed with more than $5,000,000 in revenue and almost 600,000 sold bundles. Frictional Games has released a teaser video for the indirect sequel to Amnesia: The Dark Descent, A Machine for Pigs, to thank fans for their support of the Humble Bundle.
“Initially we planned to do a teaser release if we reached a certain total payments goal, but before we had everything in place to do the event, any goal we had in mind was long passed,” the developer said.
The video shows various scenes from Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, including a lot of industrial environments. In the final shot of the video, we see the character waking up from the sound of an enemy breaking down the door. The creature doesn’t enter the shot, but it’s shadow is cast against the wall while the player hides.
